Because of the COVID crisis we have had to make significant changes to the way in which we present concerts. Please make yourself familiar with these precautions, for your own safety and the safety of the performers and other audience members.
We no longer issue concert tickets. Instead you will receive your ticket as an attachment to an email. Please print out and bring that attachment with you.
If you have or suspect that you have COVID symptoms then please do not attend the concert, and contact us for a full refund.
Please arrive in good time and if you have to queue to enter St Luke's, then observe social distancing. Because they are required in churches, before you enter please put on a mask, making sure that it fully covers your nose and your mouth. We regret that you will have to keep your mask on until you leave after the performance; if you do not, then you will be asked to leave.
When you enter the church please show your ticket to a steward, who will tick off your name and the names of anyone with you on the contact tracing list that we are keeping (you will have entered your name and the name of any companion when you purchased a ticket). If you have pre-purchased a concert programme then you will be shown where to collect it, and will then be shown to your seat. Please do not move from your seat until the end of the performance.
There will be no interval during the performance, and we regret that at the present time we cannot open a bar.
Further details of lavatory facilities available and how to leave the church after the performance will be given to you at the time.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY AND WELLBEING NOT ONLY OF YOURSELF, BUT ALSO OF EVERYONE ELSE PRESENT AND SO MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO TAKE SENSIBLE PRECAUTIONS.
